i2 Thinking is a new, emergent type of consulting organisation; focused on making a difference to clients we work with, our communities and the wider fabric of society. We believe that on a global scale, specialist organisations like ourselves are catalysts, beginning to create a new reality by re-thinking how we act, sense and relate to one another. Our goal is to define and embody a more sustainable and beneficial way of approaching the questions and challenges we are all facing today.
The challenge we have set ourselves is to influence the way people and organisations think; focusing on helping people learn to think differently, to connect and understand their connectedness. A critical aspect of this is thinking strategically, and in the process, seeing things with ‘new eyes’.
We seek to create the space and opportunity for action to emerge.
Our old ways of solving problems no longer serve us well; our challenges are different, the environment is different; and accordingly, our thinking needs to be different. We listen, probe and question - thereby surfacing and naming tough challenges being faced, we seek to foster strategic conversations that uncover and surface assumptions, beliefs and ways of being that are related to the challenges needing addressed.
We work with you to help articulate, understand and define the challenges that you are struggling with. We engage with you in dialogue; dialogue which allows time to think, reflect and uncover the underlying drivers which are shaping and fuelling the current challenges.
We continually seek new and diverse opinions and ideas; seeing these as vital to developing our own skills and contributing to our continually changing world-views. One thing you won’t find us doing, is adopting template oriented ways of approaching issues or using ‘standard’ methods. Each person is unique, our organisations are unique; although the challenges we face may be similar, the responses are tailored to your needs.
