We all have an intuitive feeling about what works and what doesn’t.
When a group comes together, there can be a hidden sense of what needs done, that is not allowed to surface due to cultural conventions, social norms or a host of other reasons related to team dynamics, individual psychology and organisational functioning.
Our approach to ‘sensing’ is to listen, talk and attentively question. Through this process of true engagement, we form a sense of the underlying shape, the idea that is seeking expression. The techniques brought to bear to do this are not new, but are in a way being rediscovered by pioneers in the space of group-dynamics.
